There are contract and consumer building guidelines with the requirements of the Home Building Act 1989. Our goal to explain everything and come to an agreement on a contract price where we specify itemise what is included and what is not included, so should there be any additions or amendments later down the track we are on the same page and if needed, we will quote additional work where both parties agree on any adjustments and variations of your build.
What we will explain and provide you is the following:
A checklist so as an owner/s you understand
An agreement that’s documented of what we are building
Quality assurance of our construction
Agreed commencement of work and completion times
Statutory warranties, provisional and prime costs of items scheduled
Progress payments, variations, and final payment
Access to site and materials handling for the site
Insurances, and any defects rectifications that may occur
We will even educate you about engaging a builder such as RWP Constructions
